Job Title: Shop Sales Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

-Understand customers need and offer solutions and support

-Organize and coordinate sales assistant schedules

-Receives reports on all sales

-Supervise sales assistant and shop assistant

-Communicate corporate safety policy and ensure it is being adhered to

-Manage inventory

-Help in training staff

-Oversee day to day running of the shop

-Responsible for daily and weekly accounting and records.

-Supervise the activities of the other staff members

-Facilitate retail operation

-Track sales metric

-Assist sales assistant to meet and exceed goals.

Requirements

Minimum OND qualification

Minimum of 1 year experience

Excellent communication skills

Team spirit

Excellent communication skills

Good inter personal relationship

Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skill

Time management and organizational skills.
