Job Title: Sales Lead

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Report To: The Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary

You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counselling clients on market conditions and developing competitive market prices.

Responsibilities

Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.

Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge

To develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.

Utilize systems and coordinate customer service requirements as appropriate.

Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.

Design/ draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.

Arrange/design advertising to promote the property(ies)

To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business

Present the Group to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.

Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure.

Requirements

B.Sc / HND in any discipline.

2 - 4 years’ experience in sales of Real Estate

Ability to implore the use of digital marketing platforms will be an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

Proven inside sales experience

Excellent Ccommunication skill (verbal & written).

Proficiency with system & IT utilization.

Excellent interpersonal skill

Team work competency

Ability to work independently

Effective time management skill.

Ability to take initiatives

Great customer relation management.
