Job Responsibilities

Helps in organizing and overseeing manufacturing of goods.

Supports the production manager for the smooth running of all production lines.

Assists the production manager in directing personnel towards maximum performance.

Assists the production manager in making production plans.

Assists in monitoring production.

Work to ensures output meets quality standards.

Enforces health and safety precautions.

Working with the production manager in ensuring that production targets are met.

Working with the production manager in allocating manpower for production lines.

Ensures that operators keep their machines clean

Requirements

First Degree in Food Technology

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency on the use of excel, words and ERP.

Ability to manage people

Must be honest

Must be proactive.
