Engineering company in Ajah, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance and Repair Supervisor

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Duties

-Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary     maintenance

-Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work

-Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians

-Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)

-Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)

-Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance

-Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

-Service and repair of all Machinery, Vehicles and Tools.

-Participate in coordinating of projects (e.g. Supply)

-Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety

-Any other task assigned by the management.

Requirements

HND / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Proven experience in a similar role.

Remuneration

N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
