Vincintoire Limited - Our client in the Furniture industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Bogije, Ajah - Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities

Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities

Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.

Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.

Perform customer negotiations for delivery rates.

Maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.

Create cost-effective distribution plans and efficient routes for deliveries.

Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.

Ensure that deliveries are made within strict deadlines so that shipments arrive at their destinations on time

Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.

Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.

Building partnerships and liaising with showroom manager to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience in similar position
