URGENT OPENING FOR LOAN MONITORING/COLLECTION OFFICER*

Dear Professionals, I’m currently looking to hire a *Loan Monitoring/Collection Officer* to join one of the leading and innovative commercial banks located in Marina Lagos. The ideal candidate would be in charge of Identifying early signs of loan delinquency.

*Department: Loan Monitoring/Collection*

*Location: Marina, Lagos*

*Job Objectives: The ideal candidate would be in charge of Identifying early signs of loan delinquency*

*Job descriptions*

• Identify early signs of loan delinquency

• Monitor change in Days Past Due and watch listed accounts

• Engage customers qualifying for loan top-up

• Set up digital customer obligation reminders

• Imminent Maturity

• Loan Disbursement

• Last Credit lodgment date and amount

• Daily post disbursement review of retail loans

• Monitor and engage customers for proper document vaulting

• Engage RCHs and Product Managers on new delinquent trend

• Daily engagement customer with following

• Last credit date above define threshold (Depending on product monitored)

• DPD exceeding 1 day

• Turnover lower than loan amount (For trading customer)

*Minimum Qualifications*

• 4-5 years Proven working experience as a Loan Monitoring Officer.

• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices

• Bsc in any related field.
