Title Human Resources Intern

Location: Abuja

SALARY : 70K

LOCATION : ABUJA

We are hiring a Human Resources intern to work under the supervision of the Human Resources manager to provide administrative support to the HR department. They post and remove job advertisements as needed and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill job vacancies.

Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.

Assisting the Human Resources manager in gathering market salary information.

Assisting in the planning of company events.

Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

Coordinating new hire orientations.

Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.

Minimum of 1 year proven experience working in an office environment.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills.

Detail-oriented.

IT Savvy

Social media management
