Title: Fulfilment Centre Agent

Location: UI Road, Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday through Saturdays, 8:00a.m. to 5p.m.

Job Summary

The Customer Fulfilment Agent is responsible for ensuring that customer’s orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner.

This position supports sales efforts by providing a variety of services, solutions, and support to existing customers as well as retail sales representatives.

This includes but is not limited to processing orders, shipping, sending/receiving invoices, purchase orders, and collecting outstanding accounts receivable payments.

Responsibilities

-Providing pleasant and professional interaction with customers via phone, email and SMS. Also, to walk-in customers.

-Receiving, processing, tracking and completing small and large orders for existing customer base.

-Managing a database for customer orders, invoices, and promotional activity.

-Assists with accounts receivables, billing and collection.

-Makes outbound collection calls.

-Minimizes accounts receivable delinquency most especially by riders.

-Identifies issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with manager and finance

-Daily communication, written & verbal, to FCA supervisors.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications





OND / NCE or equivalent experience

1 year of call centre or phone answering experience is an added advantage

Prior experience of parts management and inventory is an added advantage

Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary

N30,000 – N35,000 monthly.
