Responsibilities

Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year work experince.

Ability to use the social media tools as marketing.

Salary

N3,800,000 Annually.
