Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc
2-3 years experience in Customer Service in Fintech company (Crypto)
Smart and Proactive
Excellent Customer Service
Ability to manage large volume of customer base and delivering quality service within defined timeline
Accounting experience is a plus and must
Proficiency with Ms Office Suites; Ms Word and Excel
Rotational Work schedule
Gender: Female is preferred
Must reside around Lekki, Ajah axis
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
