We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Locations: Festac, Amuwo Odofin, Iba, Alaba International, Ojo - Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role / Responsibilities

-Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records

-Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers

-Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails

-Escalate all exceptions for resolution

-Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND

0 - 2 years relevant experience

Fluent in written and spoken English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Applicants should reside in Festac/Amuwo and Iba.
