Job Title: Customer Care Officer / Receptionist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

-Welcoming visitors and introducing them to the appropraite personnel.

-Answering telephone calls.

-Establish and nurture relationship with clients and potencial customers to facilitate sales.

-Follow up prospects/clients via emails and text mesaages.

-Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various product.

Requirements

-OND, HND, B.Sc in any discipline.

-1 - 3 years experience in customer care or telemarketing.

-Excellent phone etiquette and good communication skill.

-Applicants must reside around Egeda Alimosho and environs.
