Job Responsibilities

The Business Manager will be responsible for developing and executing plans that will drive the company’s sales and generate great financial return for the company.

The individual should be able to identify opportunities, determine which ones are most viable, and create a plan of action to exploit them and build a sustainable competitive advantage for the company financially and otherwise.

Individual should be able to:

Develop new strategies that ensures continuous improvement of the overall efficiency of business processes.

Set and exceed financial goals and milestone.

Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth in new markets or new ways of doing business

Develop marketing strategies to promote products or services offered by the company.

Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Coordinate other departments within the company to ensure that goals are met.

Conduct research to identify industry trends that may affect the organization’s long term viability.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure product availability at competitive prices.

Develop and manage budgets to ensure that projects are completed within specified time frames and within allocated resources.
