Job Title: AutoCAD Design Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for competent and committed professionals of high integrity to join our winning team. We are looking to hire a competent and experienced AutoCAD Design Engineer.

Responsibilities

Research and review project requirements and design information to determine if it is sufficient to complete the design while ensuring that the design concept can be met

Coordinate with other Vendors, Project Managers and Engineers to establish essential functions and deadlines necessary to finish specific AutoCAD designs

Delivering design drawings using AutoCAD and understand the documentation of various projects such as classification, labelling and visibility to the Project Department

Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and final installation

Produce and deliver on time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary with respect to priorities

Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients

Education / Certifications:

Minimum of B.Arch / B.Eng / B.Tech Degree or Degree in a relevant field, e.g Design or Architecture from a reputable institution.

Experience:

3 Years of Drafting Experience in Telecommunications Industry Preferred.

Experienced AutoCAD user, to a high standard

Previous experience as an AutoCAD Design Engineer in Telecommunication Industry

Key Skills & Competencies:

Understanding of Telecommunication Site build design and mechanical processes

A key eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually

Proficient in company approved computer drafting platform and drafting techniques

Proficient in company approved computer drafting platform and drafting techniques

Communication Skills

Computer Skills

Adept at making design related decisions once appropriate information is gathered from various sources
