Job Description

We seek to recruit fresh graduates out of University or NYSC with a flair for the use of software – especially engineering software, to join our team.

You will be Responsible for

Learn and understand the basic use of software assigned to you, and where there are any issues, escalate to the right authority.

Assist the sales team in the demo and explanation of software to clients.

Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.

Providing monthly help desk reports.

Ideal Candidate

You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Technical Support role.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You have a flair or have any experience in the use of any engineering software.

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.

Ability to use AutoCAD or other basic engineering software will be a very good advantage.

Salary

N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
