Job Title: Admin

Job Description

-Daily administrative affairs and office supplies procurement management.

-Review and control office and reception expenses, formulate department budget and control the use of budget.

-Daily administrative management, including customer visit reception management, office environment management and asset management, etc.

-Sorting out, formulating, optimizing, releasing and supervising the implementation of important documents.

-Coordination among various departments.

-Manage and maintain all kinds of office automation equipment and related consumables.

-Complete missions on time without excuses.

-Be Proactive and Responsible, active prevention, detection and problem-solving

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 20 years work experience.

Salary

N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.
