VACANCY – ACADEMIC SUPERVISOR

Our Client an International Business School with a campus in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking to hire an ACADEMIC SUPERVISOR, it is expected that the successful candidate will coordinate all academic activities of the Business School and also interface with faculty to ensure that all academic program is in line with the school’s vision and objectives

REQUIRED

A graduate of Education with a Master's degree in Education Administration and previous experience in an Educational Institution as an Academic Supervisor or Coordinator is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and coordinates the work performance of all Program Directors

· Organizes the Faculty Day training from time to time, for all the faculty and program supervisors.

· Organize and conducts Program Advisors' meetings separately with every program advisor.

· Review of faculty assessment and examination questions with the Program Coordinators

· Responsible for the organization of the Graduation Ceremony and is as well, a Master of Ceremony.

· Defines the academic procedures and teaching methods for faculty & students

· Coordinates the teacher performance evaluation process and reports feedback to faculty.

· Responsible for any academic issues or concerns of students

· Organize and conducts the Orientation week for all the masters

· Supports the process for getting accreditation and ranking of the master programs with the Head of Didactic · Develops cooperation with different organizations, and companies for the development of curriculum, Capstone Project, and guest lecturing.

· Preparation of Transcripts and certificates with the Process Manager and the Program Coordinators
