-cover a wide variety of stories

-keep up with all the local and global happening

-conduct and schedule interviews

-plan, edit, and write feature stories and articles to be broadcasted

-verify information provided by interviewees

-finalize news content

-follow news events and other media sources to stay informed

-generate ideas for stories and pitch them to an editor, then gather and fact-check details

Requirements And Qualifications

-degree in journalism, mass communication or relevant field

-3-5 years of experience as a reporter or similar role

-passion for writing and creating relevant stories

-a portfolio of published articles

-strong knowledge of media processes

-excellent communication and research skills

-critical thinker and problem-solving skills

-good time-management skills

-great interpersonal and communication skills
