Job Description

-Answering questions about the company’s products or services.

-Fluent in Hausa or Yoruba

-Adapt to customer responses in real time.

-Delivering information about a company’s offerings.

-Providing proactive customer outreach.

-Handling customer complaints.

-Collecting and analysing customer feedback.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 0 – 1 year work experience.

Soft Skill:
