Title: Junior HR Consultant

A consulting firm based in Lagos seeks to hire a Junior HR consultant. The role is fully remote but employee must be available when the need arises (projects and meetings with the managing partner).

 

Responsibilities:

Perform recruitment projects for clients. (Sourcing/Screening of CVs, Interviewing, Onboarding) for clients

Perform business structuring projects on behalf of the organization. (There maybe need to resume twice weekly at client locations)

Design and implement training programs for clients 

Develop training slides, job descriptions, etc. for clients

Coordinate training activities e.g; Applicant registration, venue logistics, feeding logistics, facilitators honorarium etc.

Ensure that client’s carry out HR best practices at all times.

Manage the organizations outsourcing function. (This would involve recruitment process outsourcing, industrial relations, payroll outsourcing, etc).

Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market.

Assess the profitability of existing products and service offerings.

Improve existing business by ensuring that 20 sales calls are made every week.

Monitor contracts implementation from contract performance, customer payment terms, to delivery terms.

Ensure the acquisition of one business deal (either; Training or Recruitment or Business Structuring) per month.

·        Assist in developing, planning and executing web, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns in order to meet and exceed the goals as defined by corporate objectives 

 

Criteria

-         A Graduate from a Nigerian University with Minimum of 2.2

-         A degree from social sciences or any related management course.

-         0 – 2 years experience in the HR field.

-         Must be living in Lagos mainland to be precise.

-         Must not be more than 27years old.

-         Excellent business writing and communication skills

-         Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

-         Proficient in the use of Canva, etc.

-         Excellent communication skills

-         Analytical and multitasking skills
