A manufacturing company seeks to hire a skilled and experienced *Employee and Industrial Relations Manager*.

Job Location: *Mainland, Lagos*

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Must be experienced in handling industrial relations affairs.

•       Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to present information and bargain with employees and managers from different levels.

• Relevant HR Certification

• Resident in Lagos

Remuneration: N300,000 – N400,000
