Job  Title: Senior Instrument Engineer

Job Description

The Senior Instrument Engineer will be responsible to support actuators inspections at remote Integrated manifolds, monitor spare parts and inventory for critical instrumentation to ensure availability when required in order to minimize production interruption and establish new inventory/cataloguing where necessary.

Update information in the inventory to ensure it is relevant for the current operation.

Job Responsibilities

Formulate a plan, review and analyze preventive maintenance strategy for the equipment instrumentation in order to achieve the highest efficiency of the activities for reliable and safe operation.

Provide technical advice during troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal

Develop the plan, scope and lead the execution of shutdown works for instrumentation to ensure completion within the specified window.

Identify, study, propose, and implement area for improvement (project) in the field of instrumentation engineering to enhance the operation and improve total equipment reliability

Forecast and prepare a budget for instrument-related activities i.e. maintenance, shutdown and project for consolidation into department yearly Work Program and Budget (WPB). Monitor budget utilization closely and provide justification for a variance.

Supervise work execution on site, develop procedures and instruction for either maintenance, shutdown or project to ensure compliance to safety, specification, standard and procedures in order to achieve the highest quality of the work.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering/ Instrumentation & other related courses.

Minimum of 3 years working experience as an Engineer, preferably in the Oil & Gas servicing and Fabrication industry.

 

Job Title: Senior Instrument Technician

Job Description

The Senior Instrument Technician will be responsible for all instrumentation program and technology evaluation, as well as implementation and project coordination responsibilities also maintains a spare parts inventory; and trains staff in the operation and maintenance of electrical and electronic instrumentation equipment.

Job Responsibilities

Under direction, leads oversee and participates in performing a wide variety of skilled tasks including installation, repairs, troubleshooting, planning, modification, design, installation and calibration of instrumentation.

Responsible for instrumentation duties, including the performance of lead supervisory duties.

Oversee the use, care, and operation of process control instrumentation, electrical, and related equipment; research, recommend and implement new and revised procedures, systems and equipment for assigned unit

Advanced methods, techniques, materials, equipment, and tools used in installing electrical wiring, control devices, and equipment.

Advanced principles of pneumatic controls and devices, telemetry and electronic installation.

Oversee and participate in the repair of instrumentation systems, equipment and components, in the field.

Perform Corrective Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance and IPF tests on field instruments like smart pressure transmitters, positioners for control valves, vibration monitoring systems, DCS, Fire and Gas System, ESD system.

To follow company procedures, work instructions, IPF protocols and vendor instruction manuals when executing maintenance activities.

Job Title: Specialist Instrument Engineer

Job Description

Job  Title: Senior Mechanical Fitter

Job Description

The Senior Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for supervision maintenance of mechanical equipment and ensure minimum downtime of production facilities;

Job Responsibilities

Communicate the maintenance schedules to the other departments and supervise their implementation;

Maintenance of Pumps, Motors Assembly and disassembly.

Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size.

Monitor the delivery and inventories of spare parts, tools and equipment;

Keep the necessary operational records;

Prepare the shift schedules

Analyzing the blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the specifications of the components to be constructed.

Person Should Be Proficient in Auto Bottling Lines Like filling and Rinsing machines

Requirement and Qualification

Welding qualification certificate

Experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment

Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance of mining, processing or smelting facilities and equipment;

Good knowledge of transport equipment and technologies;

Aligns parts using jack, turnbuckles, overhead cranes, pins, wedges and hammer

Basic hand and power tools, Welding tools, Computer-aided Design (CAD) software.

 

Job Title: Engineer - Maintenance

The Engineer, Maintenance will be responsible for maintenance in troubleshooting and of moisture Analyzers

Job Responsibilities

Provided instruction on emissions monitoring equipment preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to site personnel.

Worked as a team to troubleshoot and maintain a wide variety of analyzers and related sample systems.

Performed troubleshooting on analyzers and repaired them when the issue was found.

Calibrate, troubleshoot and repair moisture analyzers of various brands and types.

Process calibration, start-up and maintenance of new and existing analyzer systems.

Field installation of new analyzer systems in existing Factories as well as upgrade applications.

Job Title: Instrument Technician

Job Description

The Instrument Technician will be responsible for calibration, troubleshoot, repair and replace process instruments as a part of the plant's maintenance program.

Job Responsibilities

Inspects, tests, adjusts, and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate, record, and control generating operations in conventional or nuclear power electric generating plant: Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations.

Tests accuracy of flowmeters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, radiation counters or detectors, and other recordings, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in the system, using test equipment, such as pressure gauges, mercury manometers, potentiometers, pulse and signal generators, oscilloscopes, transistor curve tracers, and ammeters, voltmeters, and wattmeter.

Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments in the system, using hand tools.

Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Rivers

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily service maintenance and repair needs of the equipment (CAT GENERATOR).

Be involved with control and monitoring devices and occasionally in the manufacture of items that will help in maintenance.

Qualification and Experience

Professionally trained in Mechanical engineering, power electronics systems, mechatronic engineering.

Necessary certification in the related field.

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in fault-finding and servicing of (CAT GENERATOR and generator) sets.

Job Requirement:

Capable of working on generators up to 500KVA.

Technical understanding of synchronized control systems

At least an expert knowledge of FG Wilson Generators especially; 2X06 Electronics Engines, 6000 Series control system, Analogue Control system, ATi / CTi Changeover system, Leroy Somers Alternators, Power Wizards Control System

Excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills.

Manual handling experience and working with automatic refuelling systems.

Excellent communication skills with a flexible, adaptable approach to working.

Ability to interact well with superiors and subordinates professionally.

 

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer Will be responsible for daily service maintenance and repair needs of the equipment (CAT GENERATOR). Be involved with control and monitoring devices and occasionally in the manufacture of items that will help in maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

Carry out fault finding and diagnosis to a range of diesel generator sets.

Resolve electrical and mechanical engineering problems.

Replacing electrical and mechanical components.

Carry out basic engine servicing.

Carry out site testing.

Customer liaison, update and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Adhere to company health & safety standards.

Requirement and Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Systems or equivalent field.

Minimum of 3 years working experience in an Oil and Gas Industry

Previous experience working on Diesel Generators.

Completed an apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Diesel or Plant Fitting, or have a relevant qualification in one of those courses.

Ideally strong knowledge of diesel generators such as (CAT GENERATOR), FG Wilson and JCB

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Description

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer's equipment.

 Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities

Performs routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to include oil changes, lubrication, battery testing and replacement, filter replacement, tire inspection/replacement and electronic control systems adjustments and repair.

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.

Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.

Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

Assemble boilers at installation sites, using tools such as levels, plumb bobs, hammers, torches, or other hand tools.

Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions

Adhering to current regulatory requirements to include, but not limited to, HIPPA, OSHA and FDA.

Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, or tools

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Five years work experience in an Oil and Gas Servicing Company

Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

A high level of autonomy and self-efficiency with attention to detail.

 

Job Title: Instrument Supervisor

Location: Rivers

Job Description

The Instrument Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of crews of personnel each as Head technician, Trained observers, field technicians and main office techs eliminating the need for middle management or outsourced assistance and also the integrity of instrumentation and instrumentation systems by the application of reliability centred techniques and effects control within an ISO certified quality assurance system.

Job Responsibilities

Supervised four crews of 40 people each as Head Technician. Trained observers, field technicians and main office techs eliminating the need for middle management or outsourced assistance.

Ensure that technicians follow company procedures, work instructions, IPF protocols and vendor instruction manuals when executing maintenance activities.

Supervise and also perform corrective preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance and IPF tests on field instruments like smart pressure transmitters, positioners for control valves, vibration monitoring systems, DCS, Fire and Gas System, ESD system.

Merged RSR system data to the final product and quality control

Insured operational stability of the company by procuring supplies, troubleshooting equipment, electronic parts, cabling and geophone wire for all crews.

Planned work activities for crew, coordinated material and equipment flow for construction task to eliminate delays.

Directed daily toolbox safety meetings and monitored work activities for unsafe scenarios

Qualifications and Requirements

BSC or equivalent in Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in the industry as Senior Instrument technician and minimum 2 years as instrument supervisor is preferable.

Experienced in the supervision of technicians and contractors in an Oil and Gas Servicing Company.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years involvement in troubleshooting, analysis and resolving complex technical field problems independently.

 

Job Title: Certified Waukesha Technician
