Smart and responsible Personal Assistant needed in Lagos Mainland to provide personalised secretarial and administrative sypport in a well organised and timely manner.

Responsibilities

*Act as the point of contact between the ED and internal/ external customers.

*Distribute correspondence and receive messages for the ED.

*Handle requests and queries appropriately.

*Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.

*Make travel arrangements.

*Source office supplies.

*Produce reports and briefs.

*Devise and maintain office filing system.

*Requirements*

*Minimum of one year work experience in Secretarial and PA role.

*Knowledge of office management systems and procedure.

*MS office and english proficiency.

*Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

*Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

*Execellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Discretion and confidentiality.

*ONE degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline.

*HND/B.SC would be an added advantage.
